Healthy Breakfast Idea Part two
Staying healthy this holiday season can be tough. Especially with the selection of cookies and other sweets being served at most holiday parties. One way to stay healthy is to eat a good breakfast. People who eat a healthy breakfast are likely to burn more calories throughout the day so it is important to never skip breakfast.
I usually do low fat vanilla yogurt with chopped strawberries and granola as a healthy breakfast on the go. To make this more hearty you can also have it will a side of eggs (either as an omelet or hard boiled.)
