Fitness Tips - how to stay in shape

1. Be active. Ever notice how the most fit people are those who are constantly moving, even when at work, even during weekends. I am active at least 1 hour every day. Here are photos from my morning jog. 
2. Eat a good high protein breakfast like an egg white omelette or Greek yogurt every day. 
3. Do strength training
4. Have a positive attitude
5. Cut back on processed foods.
6. No soda but mineral water is ok.
